Move your IT teams to AI, without replacing them

I train your in-house IT teams in AI methods and tools: agents, automations, security rules. They stay in control, and the tools remain after I leave.

Portrait of Alexandre Touraine

Today

  • Everyone tries AI on their own, with their own accounts.
  • Developers use code assistants with no common rules.
  • AI training stays theoretical, and nothing changes in daily work.
  • Requests from the business pile up faster than the team can handle them.
  • Every new AI tool stays blocked because there is no evaluation sheet.

After three months

  • Tools chosen with your security officers, open to the whole team.
  • Written rules: what AI may do, what is reviewed, what is logged.
  • Training is done on your own cases, and the tools stay in place.
  • Repetitive tasks are handed to AI agents, and the team keeps its time for projects.
  • Every tool comes with its evaluation sheet: data processed, hosting, traceability.

Twenty years in large groups

I know your constraints: tenders, security, compliance, change management at scale.

  • EDF

IT vision 2020 for the group CIO's office. 6,700 people equipped, a €3.4M tender.

  • SNCF, with CSC

The application for 16,000 train drivers.

  • Pôle Emploi (now France Travail), with CSC

    A project for 45,000 staff.

  • Air France-KLM

    Kiosks in 12 airports.

  • InVivo

France's first AgTech accelerator, the Digital Factory, and Aladin.farm for 300,000 farmers.

Method and security

What your security and purchasing teams will ask for, written down and applied to every project.

  • Penetration tests

Applications go through penetration tests. Every flaw found is fixed, then verified.

  • Development standards

The same written rules for every project: automated tests, separate environments for development, acceptance testing and production, access rights controlled down to the data level.

  • Traceability

Every change is recorded in a history: who, what, when, why. AI agents follow the same rules.

  • Protected secrets

Passwords and access keys are kept in an encrypted vault, never in the code.

  • Open source, hosted in Europe

For the tools I install at your site, I favour open source hosted in Europe: no dependence on a vendor, fewer licences, data that stays in Europe.

The engine room

Binaree is one person and a team of AI agents. They prepare accounting and tax filings, monitor the infrastructure, fix security flaws, draft contracts and edit videos.

I direct them and check their work. Here is what they handled, in grouped, anonymous figures: no client name, server name or tool name. Each week's figures are published the day after it closes at the earliest.

This week

From October 26 to November 1.

  • Features delivered: 244
  • Fixes made: 326
  • Security interventions: 6
  • Documents written or updated: 214

The Binaree studio

When something needs building, my studio takes care of it: custom development and maintenance.

You own the code, the access and the data. Binaree runs with a team of AI agents that I direct: this is what lets a small business deliver fast.

  • Custom applications

Business tools, portals, dashboards: web applications, on computer and mobile, built on a standard base.

  • Integrations

Your tools exchange their data. Figures are no longer copied by hand.

  • Taking over existing systems

Your supplier no longer answers? I recover the code and documentation, and the studio takes over.

  • Maintenance

Fixes, security updates, small changes, with a contact who knows your application.

Who I am

Portrait of Alexandre Touraine

I am Alexandre Touraine, an IFMA engineer with an MBA from ESSEC.

For twenty years, I led digital transformation projects in large groups: EDF, SNCF and Pôle Emploi with CSC, Air France-KLM, InVivo. I also founded a startup, GOLF42, which I sold.

Today, I put this experience at the service of SMEs and in-house IT teams, with Binaree, the company I created in Montpellier.

Mostly custom development with AI, and open source integration when it is enough: you remain the owner of everything.

The supplier file

Binaree is a one-person company with a team of AI agents. The file gathers what your purchasing department will ask for.

Presentation, references, security practices, maintenance terms, professional liability insurance certificate and the Kbis (French company registration extract). In French and English.
