Your IT, from endured to managed.
Outsourced part-time CIO for SMEs of 50 to 300 people. I take back control of your tools, your access rights and your suppliers, and my studio Binaree builds what is missing.

Today
- The account of an employee who left in March is still active.
- Backups exist, but nobody has ever tried to restore them.
- The business software depends on a supplier who answers in three weeks.
- Each department has its own tool, and figures are copied by hand.
- A change requested in January is still waiting for a quote.
After three months
- Arrivals and departures handled the same day, access checked every month.
- A restore tested every month, with a written report.
- Code and documentation recovered, maintenance handled by Binaree.
- The tools exchange their data, with a dashboard for management.
- Priced within a week, delivered within a few weeks.

The La Brigade de Véro case
La Brigade de Véro prepares meals in Montpellier and delivers them in France and Belgium. About a hundred employees, fast growth, and IT that had no one in charge yet.
Binaree has worked with the company since 2021: first an IT roadmap, then automations and business applications. In 2026, I became its part-time CIO. My role: organise IT so that it keeps up with growth.

A part-time CIO
Management has a contact who knows the company, its tools and its suppliers, and who makes the call.
Clear roles
Day-to-day operations, data, helping employees with their new tools: each topic has an owner.
Governance taking shape
An IT committee and a quarterly review with management, to decide at the right level.
Custom business tools
Goods receiving, production planning, order preparation, quality checks, equipment maintenance, purchasing and stock: applications built and maintained by Binaree.
A framework for AI
Before an AI project starts, compliance and data protection are checked.
A month with me as your CIO
I do not replace your IT team, I make it stronger.
Your team or your suppliers keep the day-to-day. I set priorities with management, I check that things get done, and I give them the methods and tools to go faster.
Week 1: priorities
Review with management: what blocks, what costs, what is urgent. We set three priorities for the month.
Week 2: access
Arrivals, departures, everyone's rights. Unneeded accounts are closed, and two-factor authentication is switched on where it is missing.
Week 3: backups
A restore is actually tested. Management receives the report.
Week 4: suppliers and changes
I chase what is dragging and have requests priced. What nobody else can do, the Binaree studio takes on.
Every month, management receives one page: what was done, what remains, the decisions to take.
The engine room
Binaree is one person and a team of AI agents. They prepare accounting and tax filings, monitor the infrastructure, fix security flaws, draft contracts and edit videos.
I direct them and check their work. Here is what they handled, in grouped, anonymous figures: no client name, server name or tool name. Each week's figures are published the day after it closes at the earliest.
This week
From October 26 to November 1.
- Features delivered: 244
- Fixes made: 326
- Security interventions: 6
- Documents written or updated: 214
The Binaree studio
When something needs building, my studio takes care of it: custom development and maintenance.
You own the code, the access and the data. Binaree runs with a team of AI agents that I direct: this is what lets a small business deliver fast.
Custom applications
Business tools, portals, dashboards: web applications, on computer and mobile, built on a standard base.
Integrations
Your tools exchange their data. Figures are no longer copied by hand.
Taking over existing systems
Your supplier no longer answers? I recover the code and documentation, and the studio takes over.
Maintenance
Fixes, security updates, small changes, with a contact who knows your application.
Who I am

I am Alexandre Touraine, an IFMA engineer with an MBA from ESSEC.
For twenty years, I led digital transformation projects in large groups: EDF, SNCF and Pôle Emploi with CSC, Air France-KLM, InVivo. I also founded a startup, GOLF42, which I sold.
Today, I put this experience at the service of SMEs and in-house IT teams, with Binaree, the company I created in Montpellier.
Mostly custom development with AI, and open source integration when it is enough: you remain the owner of everything.
Thirty minutes to get started
